The Family Stay
From Jois (our kind host): Villa Petrea went to the historic villa by the lords of Florence for their hunts. Entirely stone, in typical Leopoldina style, with two towers, is located on a small hill from where it dominates, with its elegance, the surrounding landscape. In fact, from the villa you can enjoy the Tuscan countryside, the small town of Bucine and, in the distance, the hills of Chianti. In the garden that surrounds the villa, a natural lawn, stately cypress stand and olive trees. The villa is situated in a central position between Siena (44 km), Florence (60 km) and Arezzo (28 km). The village of Bucine is only 500 meters from the house and can be reached on foot.
The Freind Stays
Our sweet friends will stay in farmhouses within walking distance of the main villa. Rooms will be established and posted here before you arrive.
The farmhouses are available to you from Tuesday to Saturday. You are free to check in anytime after 4pm on July 1st. Check-out will be on July 5th at 11am.
Fattoria Casabianca
Belvedere
Surrounded by a large lawn with private swimming pool and loggia, it also has a changing room with bathroom, shower and barbecue near a large private forest. The main part of the building is completed with some annexes with authentic charm. The panoramic position and the distance from the central body of the farm, approximately 1200 metres, makes the Belvedere house a true oasis, protected by fascinating and completely independent nature.
Casseta
A typical Tuscan residence, once inhabited by the farmers of the farm and still characterized by a warm and welcoming style. It is located inside the farm, surrounded by the vineyards and the garden of the main villa. The house is on one level and the access road is the company avenue with a large lawn and centuries-old plants. The house also has a welcoming terrace from which you can enjoy a pleasant view. 200 meters away along a beautiful avenue of cypress trees there is the 12x6 m swimming pool. Also immersed in the greenery of the surrounding vineyards
Il Leccio
A typical Tuscan farmhouse: stone walls, exposed beams and terracotta floors. Its panoramic position and traditional and welcoming furnishings make it a warm and relaxing residence. Reachable by private road surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, it is located 400 meters from the main building and 200 from the swimming pool. The solution is ideal for those seeking privacy and convenience. It is completed with a large garden, porch and barbecue. A few meters from the house there is a beautiful thousand-year-old holm oak, one of the most famous trees in Italy.
Fraschetta
A typical Tuscan residence, once inhabited by the farmers of the farm and still characterized by a warm and welcoming style. In a quiet and panoramic position, just above the valley of the Ambra river, surrounded by woods and cultivated fields, the Fraschetta is spread over two levels and can be reached from a private road which allows guests to enjoy all the privacy they seek. The house is completed with a garden, covered courtyard and barbecue. About 400 meters from the central nucleus and 200 from the swimming pool.
